Description
The Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator is a key member of our team who has daily contact with both clients and caregivers. This position is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, managing staffing needs, and helping ensure excellent client care and employee satisfaction.

- Full-Time, In-Person
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekends as needed
Essential Functions
- Organize and maintain caregiver schedules by matching caregiver qualifications and availability with client needs.
- Fill open shifts and respond quickly to call-outs and schedule changes.
- Communicate new assignments and scheduling updates to caregivers and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Identify and support high-performing caregivers to promote retention and job satisfaction.
- Document scheduling notes accurately in the scheduling system.
- Collaborate with HR and management to meet staffing goals.
Requirements
- Administrative experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Scheduling or staffing experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
