Caring Hands Home Health is growing—and we’re looking for a motivated sales professional to lead the charge in expanding our referral network and client base across the Triad. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on generating referrals and building strategic partnerships within the local healthcare and senior services community.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on generating referrals and building strategic partnerships within the local healthcare and senior services community.
If you have a background in home care, hospice, or healthcare outreach—and you’re ready to hit the ground running—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive growth by building referral relationships with hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations
- Represent the Caring Hands brand at networking events and in face-to-face meetings
- Track outreach efforts and referral activity using internal tools and Excel
- Work independently in the field the majority of the week
- Collaborate with intake and leadership to ensure new clients are onboarded seamlessly
What You Need:
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, healthcare marketing, or referral-based business development
- Preferred: Home care, hospice, or senior services experience
- Strong local knowledge of Greensboro and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- High level of self-motivation and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
