📍 Location: 4321 S Elm-Eugene St, Greensboro, NC 27406
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible | On-call, fill-ins, weekends, short-notice shifts
💰 Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay + Same-Day Pay Option

Are you the reliable, ready-to-go caregiver who thrives on flexibility and variety? We’re looking for full-time Floater Caregivers who can jump into action, cover last-minute changes, and provide top-notch care without missing a beat.
At Caring Hands Home Health Inc., our floaters are our frontline MVPs—stepping in wherever needed to keep our clients safe, supported, and smiling.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on personal care based on individual care plans
- Assist with ADLs like bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, and more
- Help with light housekeeping and meal prep
- Give medication reminders and emotional support
- Communicate with our team and report client condition updates
- Travel to homes across the service area to cover open shifts
✅ What You Need:
- Active CNA, PCA, or IHA experience
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Willingness to work with male/female clients, pets, smokers — no restrictions
- Clear background check
- Flexible schedule with full-time availability (including weekends/on-call)
- A professional, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
