Position Overview:
Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Care Aides (PCA, CNA, or IHA) to join our care team in the Triangle area. We’re hiring immediately to serve clients across Raleigh, Clayton, Durham, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and medication reminders
- Support client transfers and mobility (bed, wheelchair, vehicle)
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervisor
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
Qualifications:
- CNA, PCA, or In-Home Aide certification (preferred, but not required for all cases)
- Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
- Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
